Since I calculate every tank and have been for 27K miles, I’ve seen mine be off as much as 2 mpg! Sometimes it’s right on. Most often the gauge is 1-1.5 optimistic.
On a previous F150 (2016), there was a setting you could offset the fuel mileage meter in the cluster’s “engineering mode”. That...
I don’t know really. I think it’s marginal. I tried to use it a bit but it drives like such a dog in Eco mode that I just leave it in regular mode.
I keep track of my gas mileage with an app called Road Trip. Mine is a 2.7 2-dr Badlands stock on factory 33” KO2s.
After 27K miles, I’m at 18.89. Bought at the end of July 2023. You can see the drop during the winter months on the moving average curve. Starting to come back up now as the...
To follow up on my own post… A definite factor in my case is 2dr vs 4dr. Building two identical builds but 2 vs 4 door on the 2024 (mine is 2023) build site shows a price delta of roughly $3k.
But in KBB, the delta for my 23 with 26K miles, between a 2 and 4 Dr is a whopping $7K delta.

Yep... the used market is absolute shit. Especially for trade-ins. Pisses me off too but not much can do except ride it out. Not worth losing that much money in the short term unless you're REALLY in dire straights.
My 59K Badlands purchased Aug 2023 is KBB'ing at 40K trade in. 44K and change...
How lame that it's a dealer installed option in '24. Glad my '23 had it on from the factory. The dealer I bought from (a mile from my house) are absolutely useless, so the less they need to touch the vehicle the better.
Very straight forward install. Just take your time. I’d pre-assemble everything first (main bracket, leg brace, compressor) if I did it again. There were a couple blind bolts that were tricky.
Then the wiring part again just need patience and think your routing through ahead of time. I wired...
Does the ProCal need to stay plugged in after programming the new rack? I know it’s tied to a VIN but I wouldn’t want it constantly connected and be in the way and have some loose cable dangling.
So do you already have the BRaptor front control arms bolted in? Sorry I didn't go back to look at older threads.
