There were shenanigans with my OB, but they said that was a misunderstanding (they sold it out from under me for 12 k over sticker). They charged me sticker for my FE

How do we tell what number FE we have? Is it the last 4 of the VIN?

I’m having the same issue. I was told by FordPass that “There was an SSM issued on a October 13 related to unable to authorize the FordPass. Service should be able to fix. “ I don’t know what the time is to fix this is yet, but will be heading back to the dealership shortly.

Can someone post a cleaned up link with where we insert our vin? I have tried several ways with no luck and mine is already on the train down south.

I reached out to my contacts at Grieco, Phil Smith and Pompano Ford yesterday. Phil Smith and Pompano said that they would look into it. Grieco said the only thing they would guarantee was a GREAT sales experience

The guy that does our work fleet at Grieco, said he'd do Z plan for me (pre-launch). I will follow up with him. I'm not crazy about that dealership, but we will see

I have the FE at Greco Fort Lauderdale and the OB at Pompano Ford. I had a verbal commitment from my FE sales guy that they’d honor my Z-plan pricing, but I’m not holding my breath. I’ll change dealers if needed.

@Ajusaf I wonder if a dealership will pay me a credit to my OB to not take delivery of the FE ....

I have a FE reserved with Geico and an OB with Pompano Ford. I think you are allowed one switch. I'll be watching this one....
