Absolutely. I have had one for over a year now. One trip required at least 2-3 air down/ups and did it off one battery. Maybe dropped the battery to half? It's fast, easy, and stores nicely. I do only go up to 35-37 PSI though.
Only when I park at one particular location in town. Happens every time. I know not to lock my doors either when I park there, cause the key fob stops working and I have to use the emergency key to get in. Which sets off the alarm. I have to place the key fob in its special spot in the center...
On my second windshield. Original replacement parts and calibration runs 1K through safelight. These things are worth it! I have a different brand on right now, but it's saved me multiple times already!
Thanks! And sorry for slow reply. I don't have any drawings or measurements. It was a weekend of trial and error, measure/cut/test fit/try again. I like that idea of a 60/40 split as well as using some of the plywood as a camp table. Multipurpose is always good.
I kept my platform as low...
I built one of these this past summer. Nothing as fancy as CNC, just measured and cut in my shop. I wrapped the platform in indoor/outdoor carpet for protection and comfort. I've spent at least 5 nights in the back so far and works great, even with 2 people. I did add paracord with adjustable...
The gal at Hell's Half Acre lookout said it had just opened about 1.5-2 weeks prior to us being there. It did look the snow up top had just receded enough recently to get through.
I hope you get it soon! I did have a fair amount of weight when I had the spare up top. And actually, with my buddy, his bike and all our gear, food, and beer.....we were most likely over the recommended GVW prior to unloading the bike for the ride. The rack was awesome. No flexing, handing...
@2ata as well. I did order the rack with the cutout. It's cut for a 40" bar and they recommend Baja Designs. I however have really liked Diode Dynamics from @4x4TruckLEDs.com and got the 42" DD combo bar to match my fog light kit.
I ended up cutting out an extra 3/4 inch on each side from a...
The carrier and bike is my buddy's. It is a CRF300 and it's on a Harbor Freight rack he picked up. No issues with the hitch other than removing the spare and mount for clearance purposes. It rode great for 100's of miles!
My 2 buddies and I are starting to explore the BDR in Idaho. This was our first section we were able to do together. I've had my 4 door Badlands since 12/30/21 and have put 9K miles on it so far. This trip was over 1100 alone! This corridor is the only road that separates the Frank Church...
