Finally picked up my Bronco last night after being at the dealership for 3 weeks and 1 day. @MNRiderTTU. Mine initially idles rough, and then settles down. I don’t hear any rattle at this point.

My Bronco has to sit for a few hours before I hear the rattle again. I’m not sure exactly how long it has to sit, but I’ve heard it again after sitting for 4 hours.

I tried this. My Bronco still rattles for a second or two at startup.

My 2022 Badlands Bronco starting this morning.

Mine did it twice today. Once when I left the office to get lunch after sitting 4 hours on the office parking lot, and again tonight when I left the office after sitting for 7 hours. My 2022 Badlands Bronco is at 7,400 miles.
