    Ours was built the 11th of October, shipped the 12 and we picked it up the 14th. Didn't hit the dirt but the top and doors came off within an hour of it being home.

    Grab the panel under the steering wheel and pull it towards the seat from the top. The fuse panel is behind the headlight switch.

    I had the same issue. I pulled the fuse for the Telematics (fuse 20 I think) and it reset the modem. Everything connected and worked after that.
