  1. GMRS Radio install with tailgate mounted antenna

I used this as a spacer for my stock badlands wheels. Need to cut out center and holes for three lugs. Ended up making a different antenna mount for a ghost antenna. The hooke road mount gave me a poor signal as it didnt lift my antenna high enough over the spare tire...
  2. Marine Grade Vinyl Defect - Tear along crease

I really like the look and feel of this material but there's no excuse for how thin the material is or that it could tear without any signs of scuffs or abuse. I'm very disappointed with this but otherwise love the Bronco.
  3. Marine Grade Vinyl Defect - Tear along crease

Thank you. I don't have keys or a carabiner or anything sharp in or on my pants and I don't "scoot" out either. The material appers thin there and had multiple minor creases in it before I noticed the tear. The trear is parallel with teh crest of one of those creases.
  4. Marine Grade Vinyl Defect - Tear along crease

The MGV driver seat bottom on my 2021 Bronco Badlands with just 10,000 miles is torn. Vehicle is a garage queen that gets hand washed regularly and has not been off road or abused in any way. My son took the vehicle by the local dealer who looked at it and claimed the “leather” was cut and said...
  5. Who does 5-tire rotations? Getting pushback from service.

All I ever do is a 5 tire rotation every 5000 miles. You only need to jack up one tire at a time. Why not get more miles from your set of tires? The rear spare isn't an ornament!
  6. SiriusXM- they are using your cell data to stream your music-and how to change that

Thank you for pointing this out. I was always losing connectivity to Sirius on my driveway, and in the neghborhood. Yesterday I turned off the (modem) connectivity and now Sirius service no longer cuts out until I enter the garage.
  7. New Product Release: IAG Four Piece Interior Dome Light Kit with Harness

sold out again before I could order
  8. Reverse lights (cube) location ideas

I installed baja designs SS1 reverse light using the 4x4truckLED bracket and harness kit. With the SS1 (small single cube) light you can loosen one nut on the bracket behind the bumper and rotate the light upwards to be fully inside the rear bumper. Don't know if rotating the SS2 lights, which...
  9. Fun fact: no need to mount MaxTrax - they fit in cargo space behind rear seats. Show your interior storage setup! 📸

I might be missing something but the MAXTRAX bag I see on their site is $119 for the mini only. There are cheap black bags on Amazon with bright red handles for about $30. My preference would be to find one that is a close match to the Bronco interior - like the one posted - so I don't see...

  11. Transporting (5) 315/70r17 in Bronco

This has come up before. They won't fit in a 2 door. Its een reported elsewhere that 4 - 35 wheels and tires will fit inside the 4 door and the fifth would have to go on the spare ire carrier with your original spare, obviously, removed.
  12. Ford Power-Up 3.5.4 OTA software update installed

Just got my update yesterday. FWIW, the past 2 weeks my battery was reading 12.4 volts, in the garage and showing 67% charge level, my auto-stop-start wouId not work, and the displayed voltage while driving regularly displayed 14 - 15+ volts. I was thinking about going in to dealer for a new...
  13. Need help with removing rear passenger trim panel

I see KSjrb03 responded with the service manual instructions. That's the only way to fully remove the cargo side trim panels as they are tucked below the load floor. If you just want to run a wire through the cargo side panels you could pull the upper part of the trim panels away enough to...
  14. Anyone install DV8 Offroad’s Bronco Rear Diff Skid Plate and shock skid plate?

I spent an hour on the rear passenger side and couldn’t get the skid to fit. I gave up on installing until I hear back from dv8. It is a beefy unit. The issue may be due to me doing this on the ground but it sure doesn’t have much tolerance if it will even fit. Tried calling dv8 and the tech...
