I got the same story today from Phil Long Ford of Denver today. Such a joke. Made an appointment and the day before, tell me they may need to keep my vehicle for 5 business days before they even look at it. They go on to tell me that they do not have loaners until February.

I have no luck finding who makes these for Ford. I found the company that makes the Bronco Sport roof rack so I called them. They said they would gladly send me the replacement part to avoid an RMA but they only do the Sport, not full size.

Yeah, I insisted they just send the part. Put me on hold to ‘talk to the supervisor’. Was told ‘no’.

Put the bass on the tailgate to preserve as much cargo space as possible. Result was a lot of rattle coming from the tailgate latch area. Hammock was just the right size to keep everything in place and muffle the vibrations. Thanks Ford!

I just took delivery of my FE today. The hose was rubbing the pully. PITA getting the Zip tie in there unless you've got spaghetti arms. Had to hook a few together
