Had it towed to dealership yesterday. They just called and said the front differential is pooched. As crazy as it sounds, Ford is overnighting a complete assy to them and they said they will deliver it back to me on Friday.
Driving down the road and see a big drift so I click my 22 OBX into 4H and I just get this crazy grinding noise from the front left. 4WD isnt working and even in 2WD isnt grinding like crazy. No way I can drive it to the dealer next week. I will be calling roadside assistance to come...
I got X plan on mine. One thing to remember is that hold back is larger in the USA than it is in Canada which makes it easier to sell vehicles at "invoice". My dealer was totally transparent. He showed me the invoice, told me how much over was paying and I wrote him a cheque.
It was a valid question. I live in Ontario and am in Quebec snowmobiling at least 3-4 weekends every winter and I dont have snow tires on my F150. I looked into the legislation to make sure I wasnt going to get a ticket for not having snows on when I visit.
Problem right now is that some dealers are taking them straight to the auction and getting $10K-15K over MSRP. My buddy was offered $75K by an exporter for his OBX in a parking lot last week.
I have had an OBX with a 2.3 ordered since Day 2. I got a VIN in July and my build is this week. I was talking to my dealer about a month ago and was saying that I wished I got a 2.7 but realize that I cannot change it anymore. Dealer said lets try to change the motor. He did change...
There is dealer stock on soft top Broncos in Canada. My dealer got 2 last week that were stocking orders and he has alottment for 3 more 21s as long as they are soft tops.
Ford gets really pissy about vehicles less than 6 months old being sold into the USA from Canada. I had to promise my dealer that I would hang onto my Bronco until it was 6 months old. For every unit that turns up in the USA the Canadian dealer will lose allotment on future orders.
My OBX 2.3 with an MIC is ordered with a VIN and a 10/25 build date.
What do you think the chances of it actually building will be ? My wifes Honda Pilot lease is up in November and if the Bronco isnt here I may need to make a tough decision and get her something else?
I am kind of thinking of just taking this one and having them keep my original order in the system. The dealer is a personal friend so I know that he is not jerking me around.
Somewhere along the process, the wheels have fallen off this order. I really dont know what to think? I wanted...
Somewhere along the order process, my order was lost and now apparently has been pushed to a 22. I originally ordered an OBX with a 2.7 and a 313A package and did a reservation on Day 1.
My dealer is trying to make this right and has offered me an OBX with a 2.3 and a 312A package that...
