Before remote starts, I ran an extension cord, thin enough to close the car door on it, with a timer on it, and placed a small space heater on the center console. Worked great, everything melted off and nice and toasty inside.

I'm going Wildtrak because it's several thousand dollars less expensive than a Badlands when spec'd the same (sasq, 2.7, leather...) and I was always going to go aftermarket for bumpers, sliders and underbody protection so why pay for what comes with the Badlands if you're just going to replace...

I remember reading on a variety of car enthusiast forums about experiences with Exoshield and Diamond Shield products. In general, they're not inexpensive and need to be replaced every couple years or so. Depending on your own OCD tendencies, you'll need to get used to them not being perfectly...

Great to have tune options. I'm concerned about high-flow air filters in an off-road vehicle. I've read from some folks on the forum who've been wheeling out in the dirt/dust and remarked how dirty their filter was and even brought up the idea of some type of pre-filter setup.

Well, that sucks. You'd think a check engine light would come on for only engine specific issues, but not these days. Hopefully a programming work-around will be created in the near future.
