  1. Fun times in Utah - Hell's Revenge and Lost World

Nice pictures of Tombstone Rock - Iā€™ll need to run Lost World when Iā€™m back there this fall.
  2. Cyber Orange Fighting Words

It really is the colour of an orange. Perhaps people want Cyber Orange Pepper Metallic?
  3. 2024 Ford Bronco Review: Yes, it's awesome, but ... Autoblog

When I was racing motorcycles I only paid attention to the shift light; bright light=next gear please!
  4. When is an engine block heater really needed?

Windchill could affect the cooling rate of a warm radiator and block. Once the coolant is at ambient temperature, the wind chill effect is nil as you state.
  5. Suzuki Samurai vs Bronco Heritage Edition owner's comparison test

I lived this in Australia back in 1990. I had an 88 Sierra (their name for the Samauri) and often joked that I should just put the toolbox on the gas pedal as that was the 80-100km/h ā€œgovernorā€ LOL
  6. Okay, let's see them. Your favorite picture for 2023!

Just a scenery shot - the colours were spectacular. Chicken Corners.
  7. Do You Really Need AWD? Settling The Winter Tire Debate (great video by Engineering Explained)

My high school car was a 1968 Chrysler Newport with a 383 4-barrel so it had a bunch of ā€œgit up and goā€. Like is said above, change the rears to old bias-ply winters, throw a couple of bags of sand in the trunk and go. There was no fun like drifting a giant land yacht down the winter roads...
  8. Badlands to Heritage Grille Swap -- part number, purchasing, painting, installing

Love the old-timey canteen mount! Is that for washer fluid, rad fluid overflow, or for warming water for tea or coffee? šŸ˜‰
  9. Mabett Under Seat Vent Deflectors Available Now!

Adding additional pressure drop by blocking the vent will make things worse. There is very little airflow now, and restricting it further is not a good idea.
  10. Ford Performance WARN winch on capable bumper — Yes it's possible!

I have the High package in my Badlands, but with the modular bumper. In the RC winch plate note in my pictures above the parking sensor relocation. The sensors are still fully functional.
  11. Ford Performance WARN winch on capable bumper — Yes it's possible!

See post #11 - there is a camera relocate kit available from Mountains 2 Metal. Thereā€™s likely others as well but I was very happy with their product.
  12. Ford Performance WARN winch on capable bumper — Yes it's possible!

Nice post and thread, looks great. To add, I did mount a Zeon 12-S onto a RC plate with good results. Note the M2M camera relocate bracket as well. Well worth the investment in this item!
  13. Windshield washer not working -- no fluid coming out

I just had my Bronco in for a service and I logged this complaint as this issue happens to me once in a while. Of course it was working fine when I took my rig inā€¦ The service tech said thereā€™s no TSB on this matter, at least up here in Canazuela.
  14. Necessity of snow/winter tires in CO?

I agree with all the advice provided. While 3-peak-rated all seasons like the KO2s do a good job on snow and ice, the performance gain of a pure winter tire is very noticeable. You will be safer on dedicated winters.
  15. Minnesota IAG Hardtop/Softtop interior lights - $50

Thatā€™s a good price for a good product. I have installed these lights combined with the rear dome light and Iā€™m happy with the results. Someone should jump on this!
  16. Clean inside of soft top

I used a bucket of water and a microfibre cloth after thoroughly dusting the top with it down, but after a quick once-over (under, technically) with a pressure washer. Do the top first and then clean the runoff up when youā€™re cleaning the rest of the interior. I had dust on everything so a light...
  17. Is Anyone Actually Excited For The Cybertruck?

Iā€™m actually intrigued with a theory on the origin and preponderance of so-called fossil fuels. The notion that all these hydrocarbons originated from dinosaurs and other lifeforms gets stressed with the amount of FF reserves both already produced, and continually discovered. The theory in...
