Very true. 340 lbs for two people is really cutting it close. I guess the something like the Rhino Backbone system is the only non external cage option that I know of to add strength(?). Since the Superlite is so light I was hoping to be able to take it and the rack system off when not in use

So if we got this rtt (80 lbs) and put on rack that weigh 30 lbs or less, would the stock roof having a 110 lb dynamic weight limit be able to support actually using the tent too? Trying to figure out a way to avoid drilling holes in the roof or getting a full body frame

Any chance you guys will make a light bar that fits more flush on the roof racks? (I marked the area that I'm thinking about in red)
