According to another forum found here the oem units retain the original warranty, but the FRP units do not. I guess that could explain why they are less expensive, but I can see some dealers trying to squeeze a voided warranty due to "rough driving" or some sort of nonsense.

The LED is such low amperage i just used the lowest rated switch. If you're running it in parallel to the lights you just use that fuse, but again because the amperage of an LED is so low you don't really need to worry too much. Definitely wouldn't put in a bigger fuse because the wires are...

Not really. They keep pushing it back. Last I heard they have the molds done and are awaiting final approval or something similar. Best you can do is send them an email and keep pestering them.
