Mine was damaged the same way, but Ford was fixing the windshield recall. They tried the touch up an you could still see the damage. Had to schedule the body shop to repair it and paint it. I would file a claim with the glass company to repair it. The windshield still having damage if it is...

How did you contact the Executive office of Ford. I'm dealing with a module issue as well, although mine is drivable. I was told it was a software issue as well.
Ford escalation case has done nothing, Its been 4 months now. I hope you get repaired soon.
I did some trails that day but finished around dusk. Drove an hour home on highway.
no message or alert at all. Drove on Highway today and light dirt trail to see if another message occurred.
