It is only intended to assess how many, if possible, to upgrade into an FE and how many would be interested in changing or cancelling their current FE reservation. Undoubtedly many that have ordered other models will not have an interest in exchanging to different models!

Hi Southern Girl, it was proposed that perhaps there could be an identification of Dealers where people are interested in exchanging into an FE with those who may want to downgrade or cancel from their current FE order. Not sure if it will be feasible, but certainly would be a nice option if...

For me it WILL be a daily driver and possibly some mud fun. So yeah, some nicer features will be appreciated, no need for leather or the vehicle to tell me if I am going too fast or veering in the wrong lane, I'll do the driving!

Well that is actually where I am at right now, not sure if that will actually be less expensive than the FE. I actually want to opt out of some options that seem way over kill.

Good point. Having purchased MANY vehicles myself, I look back now and wish I didn't sell my Camaro Z28, my Mustang, my supped up full size Bronco, my 2 door Chevy Tahoe, and a few more... Ah, if only I could go back in time!

Agree it is!!! Potentially they could be depreciating at a slower rate or become collectors items, but only time will tell....

Actually I think that is a very good thought. I think it would not only help Ford Dealers and Ford, but also all of us that are kept somewhat in the dark. Good idea!

Too funny. I agree with your feedback for I've have done that myself on a car, but never on my Dodge Ram. From the Ford "explore this model" site they simply seemed excessive.

Would like to see how many would be interested in upgrading to a FIRST EDTION if Ford made that available! I certainly was a bit late to the game and reservations were already full, I know I am not the only one. There seems to be no possible way to place your name on a First Edition backup list...
