It’s unfortunate that @LFTD BRONCO is having issues hearing back from @Mabett. From my experience, @Mabett was responsive to my inquiry. I contacted the retailer through the Bronco6g forum, to purchase an extra full set of hardware for my tailgate table that I purchased over a year ago...

Try WD-40 white lithium grease. Worked for me and others here on the forum. You want to make sure you spray the inside of the tailgate well. Seemed to have solved my issue. Applied the spray 6 months or so ago.

Do you have the Tuffy deluxe raised lid, or fixed lid? I have the Mabett tailgate table and I am interested in the Tuffy deluxe enclosure. However, if it’s not compatible, I’ll need to look for another enclosure solution.

Used the method @ 21:18 in this video from @Stage 3 Motorsports when installing mine. It was about 60 degrees in the garage and it took several minutes and some sweat equity, but it worked.
