  1. Issue with backup camera

I’m having an issue with my backup camera. It just started, not sure if it’s related to a recent update to sync or just something that started randomly. My Bronco has the lux package. Every day when I arrive home I back up in my driveway. Each time the screen glitches for about 4 seconds, the...
  2. Beware: Trail Turn Assist causes axle weld failure that dealer won't warranty!!!

I've been watching this thread for awhile. I'd like to upgrade my SAS Badlands from 35" to 37" tires sooner than later. Due to these weld failures I've been holding off since I do use TTA when screwing around in the Outer Banks. I've never actually run into a situation here in NC where I've...
  3. Shocks are junk!

I haven't had any issues with my 23 Badlands SAS. Not sure if it was affecting that model year.
  4. Update: Rear Axle Tube - 1200 Miles Warranty Covered

I've never seen welds that are so inconsistent. I'm assuming these are done by a robot. How does that even pass QC off the line in 2023? Are they just letting bad welds get by due to the demand and shortage of parts?
  5. CALLING ALL GRANGTOBER ORDER PLACERS

I see mine in the pic. I’m kind of surprised I’m the only carb grey in the bunch. Matches my build. Pretty exciting stuff. Anyone have any recommendations on shipping companies they quoted? Mine will be going to NC.
  6. Mike Levine saying outright he does NOT care about Granger/Chapman/SAC

Grangetober was released only to increase the number of Broncos they would receive to their earlier customers that ordered. This was based off the original allocation. I went back and reread the original post after this news came out. I don’t blame Granger. They were just using the formula that...
  7. Mike Levine saying outright he does NOT care about Granger/Chapman/SAC

It's been a rollercoaster of emotions since placing my reservation in 2020. I just don't think I can do it with this company any longer. I've told pretty much everyone I've ever known that I was getting a Bronco, now when they ask I'll have to tell them why I'm not. This isn't me trying to drag...
  8. Chapman Of Horsham with @dealerinsider

Honestly, this is the only thing that would make waiting until 2024 or 2025 alright. If I just got my 2.3 MT I’d be a little upset if it was announced in 2022 that it was being developed for 2023. I’d probably be looking to trade up. I’m assuming the Raptor will be automatic only with at least...
  9. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

This stuff obviously doesn’t matter to some in here. I’m assuming they are dealers, work for dealers, placed orders with larger dealers, or already got their bronco. Order banks opened in July 2020, allocation announcements came later in September. Via a video sent to dealers, not to...
  10. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

That's incredible. This basically confirms that either the two Ford dealerships I spoke with here in NC either flat out lied to me about not knowing anything about distribution or are just inept. Edit: My original comment stands. I spoke with dealerships here in July 2020 prior to my original...
  11. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

I just remember back before the reservation system went live that the dealers were lost. Ford hadn't communicated with them about the reservation system and how it would look, so even if the customer reached out to a dealer you couldn't get any info on the reservation system and allocations...
  12. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

I'm sure it happens all the time, but have they ever changed it when they have 130,000 - 200,000 reservations for a vehicle (I don't know the exact number)? Which ultimately affects how the reservation system rolls out. That and due to supply issues some of the reservation holders have already...
  13. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

Hindsight being 20/20, Ford should have shelved the reservation system at the beginning of the pandemic knowing there were too many variables and too many logistical issues with shutdowns, etc. It just doesn't work how it was marketed by Ford with their dealer network and the way they have the...
  14. Granger Ford -2022 Bronco Allocation - No one said it was going to be easy

Brand devaluing? These things are being marked up by 15-30k by some dealers. How is that brand devaluing? You think a $2,000 under invoice price is going to make the news over the dealers marking up Broncos by tens of thousands? Ford doesn’t have a brand devaluing problem, they have thug...
  15. why are we blaming Ford and not the dealers?

I understand what you’re saying, but from a buyers perspective, with no insight into the industry, we just see what Ford promised with the reservation system. They would build reservation orders first. I get that bigger dealers would have some preference in getting their reservations filled...
  16. Granger Ford -2022 Bronco Allocation - No one said it was going to be easy

This X 1000%. I get maybe throwing the big dealers a couple broncos a month to placate them, but to say you're going to do it to such a degree where it moves even one reservation holder back to 2023? That seems unreasonable.
  17. Granger Ford -2022 Bronco Allocation - No one said it was going to be easy

The only reason I went with Granger was because they were transparent. I'm not sure how the experiences of others went during the reservation process, but I couldn't get an answer about anything regarding my reservation from the big dealers in my area. Half of them wouldn't even return my...
  18. Granger Ford -2022 Bronco Allocation - No one said it was going to be easy

this comm This comment of his makes no sense. Ford is clearly trying to have it’s cake and eat it too. You can’t offer a Tesla like reservation system and an allocation like they just announced concurrently. Their original proposal was skewed, but reservation holders were OK with it, even if...
  19. Aftermarket manual sway bar disconnect???

RBringing this back. Any aftermarket options yet? I haven’t found any. Doesn’t really seem necessary to buy a badlands for something that can easily be manually disconnected when needed.
