It's not crazy for people paying $55k+ to want all of the modes the lower models have included as well. We can rock crawl AND have some fun on the way to the trails... well I guess BL owners won't ;)

I'd agree with you. It seems the 'covid is the reason we can't deliver on time' excuse is here to stay for the foreseeable future. However a later delivery means they *might* show the Warthog before my BL is built, which could save me a lot of decision troubles.

I'm actually glad to know about the new Wranglers, probably wouldn't have if not for posts like these. No harm in being aware of other options before dropping $55k on a vehicle. Personally I think the electric Wrangler is fugly and if anything I'd like my Bronco louder lol

I read a lot about how SAS setup/tires are perfect for rock crawling and sand but how will it hold up in the Northeast winter trails? Downed trees, snow slushing into mud etc. Thanks for the input!

Keep them in a box so you can swap back in case you want to trade in for a Warthog ;)

truly wtf, I bought tickets and planned on the making the 8 hour drive from Vegas this weekend... I can't believe they brought two Bronco's to Arizona (of all places) without a sas, maybe they'll surprise me... ?

Thanks, I mistakenly typed BL instead of Base since I was going back and forth between the two. Doesn't matter now anyway since I'll probably just go for the BL

So essentially Baja mode replaces sport mode? Was about to get huffy and puffy about the BL not having what sounded like the most useful mode for me.

Guess I'm in the minority thinking the 4 door looks better, especially with the top off! 4 door fills out those Sasquatch 35"s much better. They look oversized on the 2dr...monster truck-esque imo. Not to mention I could use the extra trunk space for my 50" 2nd amendment.

Yup, this. I'm definitely looking into swapping my BL headlights for something closer to the base model... will look really clean with a blacked-out grill imo.

Biggest tire size I've ever driven is 19" ? I'm wondering if the Sasquatch Badlands tires are unbearable on the freeway, is it as simple as throwing on 33"s and calling it a day? Will my odometer be off? Will my Bronco burst into flames?

I don't think about it, though. ;)

I'm a July 15th and hoping for a late summer delivery of my bare-bones Badlands. It'll likely be up for sale in 2022 if the Warthog is out by then :)

lol well they could've worked them in there better, or at LEAST put end caps on them. I'm sure they'll look better in production ?
