I just released the end, reversed and then reconnected. They put it on reverse. It was a quick fix once I figured out how to release the plug. Cameras is good. You can see the bar but barely and doesn’t block view. I did look at the 30” bar but the angle on the dv8 would prevent it from fitting...

I don't have a pic but can get one but camera is not blocked. I CAN see the bar but it's not blocking. I use the camera constantly and it's never in the way. I'm not a big fan of the OEMs that are much taller and this one works without blocking the camera. (or only blocks 1%)

Here are a few plus a quick vid of it opening. I did have to use the provided bumper/ body mount washers as it didn't clear the bumper. (look at their instructions on the site). Cleared once I lodged those in. Hope that helps.
