I have a like new shifter knob from Boomba Racing. In addition to the knob there is a spare shift pattern cap. I had this installed for a week and decided to go back to stock while I await the AR shift knob.
$75 dollars shipped in the lower 48.
What's awesome about this shifter knob is that you don't need to utilize AR's gear jammer lockout mechanism and can opt to just buy the knob if that suits your needs better.
Yes you reuse the bolts that are in the roll bars of the vehicle. The same bolts that are holding the hardtop plates. As far as the buttonheads, when mine came, the buttonheads were already installed holding the top and the bottom together. I find it hard to believe yours aren't installed as well.
If I were a betting man, I wouldn't be surprised if the solid colored chisel with the shift pattern coloring was at least 4+ weeks out. But what do I know, I'm not on Curtis's payroll, I just help fund his kids 529's ;). And I have been trained by he and Tracy over the past two years not to ask.
Not newly installed items and I am sure I have shared them both before, but I went to Costco and got to use both of them this morning.;) Love @GoatFab And Wicked Relics. And no, I didn't hide my license plate because that's silly.
That's great, I hope so. I have also ordered several items from them and they never have beaten the time estimate they give on their website for any particular item and for this item it was 8 weeks. This is actually the first item I have ordered from Curtis and team that I haven't been counting...
Not to be a buzzkill Chris, but pretty sure that is just a forum e-mail like they have sent out in the past for their other items. They are supposed to be at least 8 weeks out and based on experience I am guessing it will be at least closer to 12 and by my count we are only about three weeks in...
Certainly no urgency, but you will still be getting in a two month + line when you do get in line so that would be the consideration. Do you want it late Winter or early Summer.
