No. They use holes from the existing fender flares. They can be a little bit of a pain to put on however. Worth it tho. I love them.

Those are the 37's on factory wheels. They did rub on the Upper control arm as well as the frame behind the tire when at full lock. Ride quality might be slightly stiffer but not much. Still a great ride. I keep tire pressure at around 33psi.
