Update: found cracks on the latching points, compared to a fresh bronco and it doesn’t have these hairline cracks. Ordered the parts, hoping this is the fix.
Hey Guys, I've been battling this creaking, popping coming from the rear of my MIC hardtop. Video shows the noise clearly. Have done the usual fixes, lubes, shrink-wraps, tightening, etc. None have worked. Upon closer inspection I think there's hairline cracking on my rear most mounts for the...
I’ve done this, and yes it solves the rear window rattles. My issues are coming front where the back cap mounts to the rollbar. Adding weather stripping to the swing gate also helps a lot
My issues continue, I have taken off my rack and the water bottle squeaks remain. Going to return to my dealer until the issue is solved. Have some ideas of my own if they can’t solve it.
Welp having my local ford dealer look at what’s going as the local 4x4 shop did diddly. fairly certain it is the top not the rack. If they can’t figure it out I’ll be making a run to SLC to y’all.
Good afternoon everyone! I’ve got a rather annoying squeak coming from the rear, most forward mount on my Trail Rax roof rack. Not even on a rough trail, just my country roads. Wondering if there’s anything y’all would recommend checking. Obviously I’ve tightened everything down. Happens with or...
So I while I had recall stuff done to the bronco I had them install my BA-2 chase lights as well.
they ended up wiring them great, down the a-pillar following the same routing as the aux wire for the lightbar. looks very clean and have it hooked up the switch 6
Just got my Heretic BA-2s and reached out to them to see how'd they recommend install with the included 2 light harness using the rearward power circuit to the factory up-fitter switches.
maybe @fronc can give some more details before I get an email response.
Wanting to mount some pod lights for chase lights off my Trailrax, was wondering if anyone had done this already and could show me how you wired it. Would like to an AUX switch.
