Looks great. I like what you did with the front bumper part painting it black. Was it easy to remove and what exact color did you use to paint it? Was it powderocated?
I talked to them today about it. Very easy to switch back. You dont remove the weather stripping at the bottom of the side windows. You will need to of course remove the top metal rails and brackets.
Anyone considering just getting the vinyl bimini top (not the mesh) and going with that? You wouldnt have any side coverage but maybe it would be enough.
Has anyone swapped the tires on their Sasquatch pkg to something else like KO'2s or anything else. Maybe something that wont throw as many rocks, debris,..
Two things that i dont like about this.
1. This system covers the painted roof rails with black mouldings. Takes away from the appearance of the vehicle when the top is back.
2. I dont like the look as well when the top is back as the standard one because it just sits on top of the vehicle...
with the rear cargo enclosure it looks like if it rained out you could just raise your top, roll up the windows and now worry about putting the soft top side and back windows back on? Meaning the rear cargo area wouldnt get really wet, just maybe the cargo enclosure a litte.
i was able to see a Race Red Badlands in person. The orange accents do not look good with that color at all. Big clash in colors. Yes we are only talking accents but there is enough between the seat stitching and the trim along the dash.
Same here. Still trying to decide of sticking with Oxford White or going to Race Red. On a 2 door it adds the body color on inside of the doors which would really clash. But that could easily get wrap put on it to whatever color you want.
I agree. The thing though I don't like the most is seeing the soft top rails covering the painted roll bar. Changes the looks drastically. But I really like how it looks with the top up showing the fast back! Dont know what to do at this point. :(
The tires on the Outer Banks look weak to me. Anyone plan on keeping the stock wheels and just upgrading to a bigger more aggressive tire? What size would be good?
I was able to get a First Edition reservation. Do people think I shouldn't pass that up if I can get one based on resale value? I really like the Badlands or Black Diamond and plus you can A plan those. Thoughts?
Just took these pics. Looks great. The interior is really nice! Def worth going to from base. The tire size looked better than is thought so the 33’s I think will look perfect.
