I got my Bronco last November and I got pre-approved for like 4.99% with a 740 score at a credit union. When I went to Ford, they offered me something like 6.99%. After I told them I was going to go with my credit union, they literally offered to match it so...see if they'll beat some other...
Hey I don't doubt that you have the money to buy one or six, I'm just surprised at the casual acceptance you're showing about losing $75k. Even if there was NOTHING you could do about it, you don't seem to be very angry about it. Just adds to the idea that people are thinking you're in on it or...
Honestly the entire story sounds like it's perfectly plausible...but my biggest eyebrow raising is due to the lassiez faire attitude about losing $75k. I don't care how big a business you run, if you lose that much money, you're not going to "meh...it happens." it off. That's a LOT of money...
Many states have it at a higher level than CA. If I recall, CA is in the bottom 1/3 of states when you look at the level a theft rises to a felony. I could be wrong, but it's something like that. Here's some data in a graphic for you if you're interested.
The reason you're surprised though is...
Almost an identical situation. Love the look of both, had a 2dr on order initially, ended up with a 4dr once I factored in everything. Absolutely love mine now that I have it and the extra room has paid off several times already.
You mentioned you took 4 hours through the valley, but how long was the drive from Oakhurst to the floor roughly if you can recall? Also, what sort of speeds were you generally hitting?
I'm looking at doing a drive up this weekend and I'm trying to allot for time and keeping safety in mind.
It's always weird to me that the people who say we're the best country in the world are also the same people who say any progress in technology or science is impossible.
I'll be shocked if EV tech isn't improved dramatically in 8-10 years. Look at the difference between literally any...
I'd have to check, but roughly a month and a half for me. Built the week of 9/9 and I think it shipped the following week. Showed up at the dealership on 11/1 I believe.
Just picked up my new baby this morning. Process was a breeze. Got in at about 10:30, walked out a little before noon. Probably could have been done in an hour but all the pictures and chatting with folks there tied me up a little bit more.
Nothing but high marks for this whole process...
Happened to be in San Diego this weekend and stopped by on Sunday to say hi even though I figured you'd be off.
I'm in that same boat on the shipping and just waiting for an arrival. Keeps getting pushed but it's what it is. When we've all been waiting for 2+ years, what's another week or so...
I love this. I have a backback that works well but if I take it out on the roads, having it more secure like this is a no-brainer. Thanks for the tip.
Also, I use the same tools (LR and PS) in post for the same reasons. No need to reinvent the wheel and the software does such a great job at...
Lol. I hope this is a satirical post.
For the record:
1. We're producing more oil than we ever have currently.
2. Gas was that cheap because oil was upside down and no one was driving because of COVID.
3. We're still energy independent and have been trending towards that since about 2005. The...
No it doesn't. You do. There's an actual definition for what it means. Any implication is what you're adding to it to, in this case, make someone else feel inferior even though you understood exactly what they said.
