This is exactly correct. It has always amazed me how many people want to come off as experts and never have taken the time to research what the causes of DW could be. I'm also amazed how many people have bought into the damper story that Jeep has pushed. It isn't rocket science. The most...
Wow, I have had DW about 8-9 times in my TJ and, while the first few times were surprising and a little unsettling, I never thought I'd squeeze a nugget out over it. I just recognized it for what it was, slowed down a bit until it disappeared, and resumed course. But I also worked on...
That's the bro-truck Jeep crowd and isn't as well liked by as many Jeep owners as you think. Personally, his "Jeep" looks like ass and probably has the cheapest parts available on it. Although I love my Jeep, I'd take the Bronco over that one.
But wait, Bronco is working to get into Jeep's...
I removed it to not be antagonistic but I would hope they would. It really doesn't matter where in the 7000 your number is.
Either that or make them all 3500 of 7000.
Since "by September" originally included through the end of September, wouldn't logic tell you that "in October" could be by the end of November? :ROFLMAO:
I get all of that but I find it funny that another day went by and another video (this time of a Bronco Sport vs a Rubicon) comes out where the BS killed it and the Rubicon had to give it everything it had. Marketing may not be a conspiracy but it was painfully obvious that there are too many...
Wait, so 7000 people put in reservations for a $60k limited edition without knowing what it had on and in it and are upset because Ford is changing the game after? Ford still thanks you for your interest free loan, though.
Like Henry Ford said (not really), "You can have any interior that you...
I noticed something funny looking on the website and was wondering if anyone had any idea of what it was. It was an oval shape on the 2 door hard top but not on the 4 door.
That is my first thought reading through this. Overly complicated means more crap to potentially break and have to fix and lifting/modding could easily be a bear.
Death wobble has nothing to do with steering stabilizers. Track bars, drag links, wheel bearings, control arm links, etc... all can cause and contribute to DW but the damper never causes nor fixes DW.
I am certainly not saying that the steering couldn't be improved upon, hence the word including, but I am saying that there are a large number of new owners coming from other platforms that don't understand the characteristics of the larger sized tires and, particularly, how much of a role air...
There are some but I don' t know about "tons". The tons are most frequently those who are coming from the generic suv crowd or from cars where the steering and handling of the vehicles is very different and they are expecting the same feel as they have had in the past. I am not saying that...
Are you so confident because Ford has never launched a vehicle that has had any problems or because no other vehicles have ever had problems with larger, wider tires wandering on the road. This is sarcasm because this vehicle hasn't had the first driving review or new owners sharing an actual...
