FYI…I think I solved the issue by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. All the warnings and notices have gone away since.

You could also consider a winch. Ours is manual, but you can get electric as well. Easy to install and makes taking the top off and storage a breeze.

I found the factory installed blades were very cheap and didn’t last. They made it maybe 3-4K miles and I replaced them and have had no problem with the new ones. I used Rainx latitude and have about 6k miles on them with no issues yet.

I installed the one from Rough Country and the 4 pin kit from Curt. Both simple installs. I preferred the hitch from RC over Curt’s because it’s powder coated and Curt’s is glass black.

I was changing the oil in my F150 around 10k miles. I was driving it around 35k miles a year and 85% of that was flat highway driving in Florida, I drove it for 6 years no issues ever.

Oh! Why would they tell you @flowingaway there is a windshield shortage if they don’t need to replace it!?!?
