Even though this thread is pretty much dead i just had this issue after my truck sat at ford for 2 months. Driver door handle would unlock and lock with passive key system, passenger and swing gate would not, as well as that same sync message of turning off to save battery. Several other things...
Haha life gets in the way of posting at times. Yeah I saw that thread about wiring them into an aux switch but I wanna keep them on the side spot switches. It was an easy jump wire in my 18 raptor....wish it was that easy in the bronco 😏
If this were the only issue I've had so far then yeah I'd agree, not enough to get rid of it. Driveshafts already been replaced, the hood/window cowl is being replaced, one of the rear defroster connections broke off and it's being fixed, and a couple other small things almost not worth...
Yeah 4 runners are pretty boring but I still love them from afar 🤣. It's always possible I've got crummy seats 🤷🏻♂️ the mgv ones in mine don't feel as nice as others. The seats in my 18 raptor and 21 TRX don't give me any issues if I drive from here to Texas so who knows.
I honestly disliked the Bilsteins so much that I swapped them out for adjustable ADS shocks. It was either that or sell the bronco... maybe it's my old man back but after 6 or so hours of driving I felt like I fell down a flight of stairs. If the suspension in a wrangler is that bad I could...
Crazy
I asked them if I could drive it till they could get it in, I'd just hate for it to get worse when my closest dealer is an hour away. They said they'd get back to me and let me know... luckily this isn't my only vehicle so I'm not totally s.o.l.
Having issues currently uploading pics but it's another rear main seal failure and now it sits in the shop until late January early February. This is my second Ford Performance ecoboost product that's had motor issues, the first being an 18 raptor that needed a new long block at 45k. Is @Ford...
Just dropped my 21 badlands off and they suspect rear main seal too. 30 hours of shop time and likely won't get to it until January. 24000 miles. My 18 raptor got a new long block at 40k. Maybe it's time to stop buying Ford's 🤷🏻♂️
This plug doesn't impact the side spots, there's one in each side of the dash, not sure what they are for though. Anybody else try finding the wiring for these yet?
