@Mabett Do these latest changes fix the melting issue that one person had? I live in south Florida and it is hot year round so I need something I can hang behind the seats.

I'm curious to know the same. I see pics of Alien Sunshade on Jeeps and they have two little squares that align with the hard top latches. I don't see any on the Bronco version.

Thanks for the information. DV8 responded to an email inquiry and they have an amber version in the works that is supposed to be released in a few months. I might get the bar now and wait for the amber version.

I was about to purchase a Smitty Built compressor which just needs to be connected to the battery and the tire you want to inflate. I was hoping the Trickflate would be that easy but I see "This compressor is not designed for 1 tire at a time and should be used with a 4 tire hose system" so now...

@ADV Fiberglass, let me know when a 4-piece hard top will be available. Love the roof but not having a 4-piece roof is a dealer breaker.

I noticed you hadn't installed the door pieces but from the Bushwacker website and other pictures there appear to be two screws on each part that attaches to the door. I see the instructions call for double-sided tape so I was curious how the 'fake' screws are detailed.

What is the load capacity of the Hooke Road roof rack? I thought I read 800lbs static load but don't see any numbers on their website. Also, is there a warranty of any kind? I don't expect a lifetime warranty but 1-3 years would be sufficient for the price. edit...found 800lb rating on the website.

Ok that makes a lot of sense now. Thanks for posting that. I like the ADV roof but they don't make a 4-piece option. The Anderson looks great but my only concern is the finish in some closeup pictures seems to have too much texturing. I wish I had the opportunity to see one in person.

They are hard-top kits are available now but still not clear what is included in the kit. Is the glass included and just needs to be installed or does it need to be purchased? Are the rear wiper and defroster included in the kit or need to be purchased separately?

Is this a complete 4-door roof kit with everything needed to install (glass panels, hardware, weatherstripping, etc?). The details on the website are very vague to what is included.

Will be following this thread. I am planning a similar build but less lift.
