  1. 2-door versus Not Broncos

Okay kids, light it up.... I've had for than a few people say to me "Thanks for buying a 2-door Bronco".... Yeah, 4-doors ain't Broncos. Deal with it. I know, the 4-door trucks and Jeeps... and? How about the SUV Lambos, 4-door Porsches, battery-"Mustangs", or my fav, the automatic...
  2. Bitter cold and 4H

I didn't know where to post this, so I thought I'd take a shot here and see what happens... The last couple of days, like many of you, we've been in bitter cold and mountains of snow. Took the Bronco to work this morning in 4H. Parked it. Left it in 4H. Parking brake set. It sat out there in...
  3. My Badlands took itself for a short "drive", twice.

Does anyone have KO2s on their Bronco? I put 35/12.50s on mine, properly inflated... Twice, I've parked on a sloped concrete driveway - one with a little slope, the other a little more but your standard residential fare, (maybe a little patchy snow, some small patches of ice, but mostly...
  4. How to open and close my Bestop top on lifted Bronco

Okay, seriously. I've looked into this and can't find anything. My Badlands Bronco is a little jacked (4" lift on 35s") with the Bestop top. To open it I have to stand on the door sills to flip it open. But closing it, I literally have to take a running leap to get on the back bumper to push it...
  5. Canada - Alberta Badlands carbonized wheels and tires

I just got my Badlands Bronco and because of the setup I want to run, I could not use the stock wheels and tires. I might use them for winter but if anyone is interested they are for sale. The wheels were taken off upon delivery, so they are in 100% perfect shape. No wheel nuts. They are five...
  6. Painting the flares - issues

I guess I'm finally going to get my Bronco in a few days. Yea for me. I wanted to have the flares painted - as some have done here, apparently - and when I took it to Ford, the body shop manager (40 years repairing Fords) said, No way, ain't gonna do it. Why? Here's the deal: he said even if...
  7. Hub size on Badlands? (Urgent please)

Guys, I need to know ASAP please the bore on the Badlands standard wheels (though I suspect they're all the same). That's all, just the bore size on the standard wheel so I know what wheels will fit/mount on this vehicle. Thank you!!!! If you want the backstory, here it is: I ordered some...
  8. Just came in

My Bronco came in last week. It's sitting at the dealer to get lifted, etc... Here's a pic. I sat in it for 1 minute. Seems nice. But I will say this, it looks a ZILLION times better in person than I ever thought it would. A zillion..... Zillion! I guess the wait was worth it. Keep the faith.
  9. Canada - Alberta Standard Painted Badlands wheels (and fender flares)

Available in June - when Ford says my Bronco will be here. Zero miles. I'm in Alberta, Canada. As a package, $1,200 US or $1,500 CDN. No pics but I think you all know what they look like. Send me a note if you're interested. Thanks!
  10. Roof rails/Roll bars

Hey guys, For giggles say your new Bronco is red. When the hardtop roof is removed, the painted red roof rails or roll bars.... are they going to take damage from taking the top off and putting it on again, or even just holding the roof in place? I mean, they have to support the top, right, or...
  11. Saw my first 2-door

This is what I ordered, but in red and with a stick. Yes, I'll never get it. Still, I saw one. Sat it in. Talked the talk with the owner. (It's #2 in the city apparently.) I was, and am, going 37"s with a lift, BUT, I will say, the 35s" looked great! I thought they might not. Nope. It's big...
  12. Mudflaps might be a good idea

I met my first two-door Badlands Sasquatch today - maybe the first in the city. Anyhoo, the truck had 35" Goodyear Territory MTs on it - standard tires. NOTE: no "wrangler" on the tire - "Goodyear" twice. (Looked great, FYI.) The owner said the tires, and most likely, the truck, throws rocks...
  13. Center caps from other wheels?

Do you guys think that the Bronco centre caps will fit on other wheels? I love the Bronco and don't really want the "whatever" logo I might go with. Thanks.
  14. This is a serious topic... seriously!

Let me tell you a story... In about 1995 I had my 1980 Bronco and my friend just bought some new GM...... truck. After listening to him for a while and debating on our "trucks", I went to the back of my Bronco, got a hammer and said something like, "Let's see how tough your truck is" and then I...
