I haven't had the top all the way down, but with the front part of the soft top open, it barely flaps around at 50 - 55 with the windows up or down, but not bad at all. I haven't been on the highway with the top back, so not sure how much it would flap around at highway speeds.

I have the gearshade also, I'd recommend it as well, ordered mine directly through Gearshade. If I had to order again I think I would order the gray instead of black as I can feel the heat from it when it's 90°+ outside. But definitely way better than having no shade at all.

Mine has some paint scratched off as well in 2 different locations and looks like it happened when the soft top was installed at the factory. I brought it into the dealer last week and they are in the process of scheduling it and it will be covered by Ford.

Yeah, I'm glad I had them, it kept most of the mud and rocks off of the paint. Here's a close up of the mud flap: I think they look better muddy :D

I picked mine up on Thursday and went off-roading yesterday, got a lot of compliments on the color from other Bronco, Jeep, and Toyota owners on the trail. I think it even looks good when it's dirty!
