Iām a lawyer, and I think the chances of successful litigation against Ford or a Ford dealership for delayed delivery of Broncos is about zero. First youād have to show existence of a contract. An online reservation isnāt likely to clear that hurdle.
Letās assume those that have a signed...
The Trail edition irrelevant, because that wasnāt what was shown in the video. It may have seemed to you that the SR5 had a locker, but your perception was wrong. Maybe thatās because the vehicle is more capable than you give it credit for. Your claim was about the differences between an SR5...
You didnāt include the most relevant differences between the SR5 in the video and TRD models ā rear locker and crawl control, both of which absolutely would have increased performance here.
Itās a Bronco forum, what do you expect? I donāt have a dog in this fight, and I didnāt even think I was that big of a G-Wagen fan, but yours looks killer in that photo ā way more badass than that saggy Bronco.
The TFL video on the Wrangler 4xe was very interesting. They were able to climb about 2 miles of trail in all-electric mode on a full charge before they exhausted the battery. Does the Rivian have way more capacity? Because Iām having a hard time seeing how an all-electric vehicle is a viable...
Seems off to me too. He says right up front that the reason for the markup is that the dealership believed he was going to flip it himself and they were trying to prevent that. Then he goes on at different points to talk about the (at least) four cars he currently owns, the other cars heās...
Sure, everyone has their own tastes. But you seem pretty committed to an opinion that you offer no support for, and I'm genuinely curious where you're coming from.
I'm not sure what an Explorer Forester is. Subaru Forester? Explorer Timberline? Either way, as a factual matter, a TRD 4Runner...
That's a silly comparison. Even the most off-road worthy Explorer is still a unibody without 4Lo, a rear locker, and less ground clearance. Go to any off-roading/overlanding expo and half the vehicles there are going to be 4Runners and Tacomas.
What "features and qualities" does a Trail or...
If by "dog" you mean something that won't win many races but will last 200K-plus miles, drives fine on the highway and has enough power to get you up whatever mountain you want to climb, I agree!
I dunno -- that wasn't my takeaway. He seems to appreciate it. They do avoid treating it like a holy grail, which makes their overall very positive take on it more credible.
I really enjoyed that. Nice to see my exact 4R model holding its own on an iconic trail alongside the Bronco. I love the TFL Bronco with the fastback Bestop. TFL's coverage of the Bronco has been my favorite versus other reviewers. They seem to really be enjoying it without fanboying out...
