I changed my tire size about 1.5 years ago when I put 37s on and didn't have any errors. I just changed my axle ratio to 4.88 (had Dana 60 installed a while ago) and changed my tire size back to 2800 and still getting errors
Hey I just installed the flush mounts and made the forscan changes and now I have a bunch of DTCs related to the Body Control Module. I double checked the changes and they are accurate. Any experience with this or suggestions?

I twisted a rear axle tube on my Badlands in January rock crawling. Had the plug welds welded up and broke it again in March at UBB. Now I'm upgrading to the Dana 60.
@TheKim It was great except we twisted an axle tube. We did it in January at Winter Jamboree, i had it welded up then it happened again at UBB. I had it welded up again but I ordered the Dana 60 and the Ultimate Dana 44 FDU so those should be here soon. Hopefully we won't break the D60.
I'm doing the same thing but running 37s. Changing to 4.88 gears. I twisted one of my axle tubes and cracked the plug welds on Plan B at Sand Hollow. Didn't get out of the throttle quick enough and bounced it. I had it welded up and we'll be down at Sand Hollow rock crawling again next week...
