Hey man. Where did you get this snippet? My dealer is making a fuss about switching to a Badlands from a Wildtrak (due to black top delay). He said he needs me to find "proof"...smh
Going MIC bc it looks more rugged! And will frame a Velocity Blue Wildtrak better. Black and “mic grey” look damn good contrasted with VB.
I can’t see a glossy black top fitting well visually. Too Ford Flexy.
Seeing the sway bar disconnect in action is making me rethink the Wildtrak. People say you don’t need it, but It seems like a feature that can prevent plenty of unfortunate situations for an off-road newbie lol
Call me dumb, but I was under the impression that allocations are mutually exclusive from reservation? I.e. dealer allocations = lot Broncos
is that actually a meaningful metric for the order process?
So how much will it cost to have the dealership paint my Badlands/Wildtrak Lightning Blue? ?
Not being able to get this color makes the interior conundrum meaningless
1) What if you don't have time to wait on people, and need to hit the trails alone? Solo trips, etc. What are the most important precautions?
2)Assuming no rocky trails, do you need to air down for higher speed offroading? I presume the Wildtrak can handle a lead foot?
Do you think replacing the 33 inch tires with 34 inch KO2s can help bridge the gap and give a more aggressive stance?
I know the non-squatch overland concept had 35 inch MTs that slightly rubbed but I’m thinking the 34 inchers should be fine? Could be a sneaky play, hmmm
Off the top of my head, I think the differences are just the proportions/length/height of the suspension, same hardware but proportional to the chosen tire. Plus a bump stop?
