Right? I don't want to highjack the thread or anything, but does anyone know if this is a known issue with Ford? I have put off taking it in because I figure with my luck the camera will work fine on that particular day.
Can anyone tell me what is going on with my tire? Is this some sort of rot, or maybe I just parked on a sharp rock for a while?? Tires are 37" BFG KM3s with about 3-5,000 miles on them.
I would buy one. The Rough Country brace I have isn't really cutting it. I am still getting noise from the tailgate flexing. It drives me insane.
Does anyone make longer or adjustable length bump stops for the tailgate? I am referring to the two lower bumpers that are supposed to make...
I haven't had any issues with steering. I definitely have the same tie-rod concerns that it seems like everyone has. I purchased the Broncbuster Tie Rod braces. There is no way to tell if that has saved my bacon or not. It really feels like it is driving like stock, just slightly higher.
The lift is holding up great. I'm really happy with everything. I kind of wish I had gone with a different offset that poked out a bit more, it sounds like what you have will be perfect. I'd love to see it when it is done.
No. They said they ordered a new top, but they say it is still on backorder. I bought some Gorilla Glue Adhesive Spray as someone on here suggested. It fixed it perfectly and has held up to the Texas heat and humidity.
I've done about 5 hours without a top or doors. If the weather is good I love it. Just be sure to pack the sunscreen.
But yes, when you eventually stop your ears will be ringing from the wind noise.
Very cool. I think I might have to order a set. What color do you think would look best on Antimatter Blue?
Do you do installs at your shop in Houston?
