Finally, Ford has decided to fix a cam phaser issue in my 2023 Ford Bronco. It only took 6 months for them to hear the noise I've lived with for so long.
I too have a 2023 Bronco Badlands. I had the same noise. Ford first said they couldn’t reproduce the noise, and months later, said yes they hear the noise, but I should wait until it gets worse. It got worse, and today they are repairing it. This all lasted over a year.
