I'm still waiting for an update. So far got nothing and they've had my Bronco since April 4th. I left a bit of a list of things to fix though, but still I would expect something by now. On the plus side I rented an Explorer ST from them. Kinda fun to drive. Hoping Ford covers the loaner.
If you call them, they'll refund. I called to check on a status and was told they'll cancel and refund the points. I'll give this until Monday and may do that
It's the two side cameras. If you look at the 360 pics you can see black areas where one of the two side cameras aren't working. Back camera never had an issue
Thanks. I really like the suggestion to extend the warranty for this issue. What's interesting is one time I banged on the side mirror and the image popped up giving me the impression it was a loose connection but they said they confirmed all the connections. That only worked once, I've tried...
