I ordered one when I placed mine in Jan. Apparently I added everything that could possibly delay production. Mine is a 2 Door and the roof rack was $365.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Ford cancelled all production of units with MIC tops for the rest of the year. Get the damn problem fixed and then crank up production. Provide all effected order holders a $3,000 rebate for the inconvenience. Focus production on what you CAN build...

Thanks for the info. 40 MIC tops / day is a hell of a bottleneck. Is it possible to ship them out with a soft top and deliver the MIC top later?

He also said those were largely highway miles driving from Tenn to LA. He said he was trying to keep it under 60mph to get the best possible mpg. But still good to know. I wouldn't have thought that was possible either.

Absolutely!! West Wonroe is still growing like crazy. The Chik fIL A on Thomas was so busy they built another one right next to it, and they're both always packed!

I knew when I ordered it, that it's not a full size vehicle. It's a bad ass Bronco version of a Jeep Wrangler. I had a Bronco II in high school and college and the turning radius on it was amazing. I'm looking forward to a shorter length off-road vehicle. I just hoped I wasn't giving much up...
