I have the 6 speaker, non lux setup with the kicker 200 amp and I'm very picky about my sound. IMO, the amp is the required 1st step to good sound. I replaced the kick panel speakers and front dash panels after which helped, still not satisfied. Then I did the latest forscan mods reported on...
My biggest issue is the delay when starting from stop, seems the engine and tranny have a second or two to figure it out. Did this eliminate that from happening? Thanks
I've done several forscan mods and the last one I want is adding Sport mode to my Badlands. I've put it off because of the early reports of it creating others issues but it appears that the forscan mod is now working without any issues. Is this correct? TIA
This is a great tip, thanks! I bought them, love them, but on a warm day the velcro adhesive on the plastic roll bar doesn't hold. I bought the Velcro brand, used alcohol a few times to clean the plastic and it still won't hold. What brand or steps did you use to get them to hold? Thanks for...
Look, I'm not here to argue with anyone, I'm just stating the facts. Your stated fact is that you're pulling an overloaded trailer down the road with boy scouts in the Bronco. And likely over the GVWR for the Bronco. Go for it if you know more than the Ford engineers and the NHSTA.
I rarely post but have to now because this is a serious safety issue that most people don't understand. No offense intended here but you guys do not know of what you speak.
RTazz17 already said it but I'll go further. Tow ratings are not based on towing in normal conditions. They are based on...
I'm thinking that using the 12V plug inside the center console with a USB plugin that's rated 3V or whatever, would provide a decent charging choice. Has anyone tried this or measured the output with that method? I don't have the tools to do so but think it should work well. Please let us...
5 Goodyear Wrangler/Territory MT 33inch tires (tires only, rims not included). LT 285/70 R17. Terrific tires with aggressive tread for snow and mud, and they look great. Taken off my new Ford Bronco at 637 miles and have the receipt from Discount Tire to prove it. They fit on any vehicle for the...
Thanks for the legit answers. As for the other question, I was driving before you were in diapers, although most of my vehicles have real gauges instead of silly bars over the indicator.
Regarding the plastic interior trim, I keep thinking that some kind of clear plastic, like ppf, in high contact areas should be the solution to scratch and scuff marks. Don't have mine yet to try but has anyone else tried it?
Wow, that would be great! I think I need to remove 2 panels, the one under the steering wheel and also the one under the radio, or between the radio and the console. That would be great if you can send them to me. I'd prefer to get the removal right on a new vehicle!
