Looks like a chop will be involved to square off the back fenders regardless of what body panels come out on the aftermarket.

Those fenders aren't doing much mud blocking, will need some proper mud flaps to keep rocks from flying up against the doors.

I'll doubt they will ever put on in a 2D. If I could get the 2D Jeep with their diesel I would have done it yesterday.

That doesn't look accurate. The roof of the 2 door is 16 inches shorter than the 4 door. I don't know the exact length of the 2 door roof, but I feel like this is off by about 8-12 inches. Or maybe their mock up on the 4 door is inaccurate.

If I could get some of the upgraded packages, I'd get the base. Get the aux switches and you can upgrade to things like lockers, or even heated seats in the future.
