So, is water in this channel normal but should drain through the hole and the pinch prevent the water from draining? I’ve had this leak since day 1 on the drivers side. Had the header replaced twice. Even had the roof panels replaced due to the honeycombing. But this hasn’t changed the leaking.

I sent my info to Ford and nothing happens. I’ve had the TSB done twice and it’s still leaking from the A pillar. Dealership says they are waiting for Ford to develop a solution. Ford has gone quiet.

@Ford Motor Company, If water is leaking and freezes in the a pillar, that can’t possibly be good especially if it impacts the air bag should it be deployed. That could be quite dangerous.

Just connected two pairs on rigid lights. One pair to aux 5 and the other to aux 6. They each work individually, but I can’t get both pairs to turn on together. If I turn in aux 5 and 6 neither light comes on.

Mine was “fixed” according to the TSB. Sloppy job at best with the with 3M goo all over. Just rained and there’s still a leak although a little less than before.

Picked mine up 9/2022. Leaking from the drivers side pillar. Anyone actually have the leak resolved with the TSB?

Did you have to use stands or anything to hold up the inter cooler when swapping out the brackets?

Can the plastic bash and skid plates be reused with the modular bumper?

For the standard bumper the tow rings are part of the inter cooler mount and not bolted on like they are on the modular bumper.

Did you have to cut off the tow hooks from the plastic bumper/skid plate mount? You were able to use the plastic skid plate?

Mines coming by convoy to VA.

Trackers updated to shipped yesterday. Now waiting for the convoy to make it to Virginia.

Ford site says mine was finally shipped but the back door tracker and order track app still says awaiting shipment. Estimated delivery is still this week.
