That's the full linkage replacement. Big job. I did that one and was really scared I'd end up messing something up and ending up with a bronco that needed to go to the mechanic but couldn't go into gear. Good news is I was successful so even an idiot can do it.
That said, for this shifter...
Not a single issue on mine so far. That said, it's a pretty loud place to be. My wife finds the ride quality of my Sasquatch two-door to be a bit too firm but I certainly don't regret opting for that suspension. Sure I can feel potholes on the road but it soaks up bumps when you're flying down...
I have to say I didn't love the look of the 4 door on stock rubber but on 37s or bigger it looks really really good. The longer car looks way bigger with bigger wheels.
Well you're definitely not wrong about the rocks lol
So far I've only ever had to put air in them after airing them down for a trail. They've been holding air really well for a couple years now
I'm on the Sasquatch tires. Haven't done anything insane but they've been pretty good on muddy logging roads and some, not as intense as the West Coast or south west, maine rocks. Sounds like the KO2s are better but that the stocks Sasquatch ones aren't necessarily bad
Well everyone says the tires aren't that great offroad. Good news is I'm pretty new to offroad so to me they seem to be working really well. Cool to know there are even better options but, since I don't know what I'm missing I've been really happy.
What's keeping you away from the 4 runner? They're pretty nice too.
I wanted stick and removable top but if I didn't a 4 runner might have caught my attention. But 4 doors and no stick means it might leave some of your boxes unchecked.
You may be in the minority but if enough people want...
Love winter camping.
Everyone always says "You're crazy, you like to cold" but that's not the case at all.
It's more like being a spaceman than enduring pain.
You just keep adding coats till you're warm. Just like how Southerners all act like I must be cold tough to take the cold... We're...
Yup! Maine checking in here.
Winter driving is veeery loud. Lots of squeaks and crackles. I'll try to keep it garaged more in case water is getting and expanding. But I guess it's not really different than I expected. Instead of a roof I have a Rubbermaid tub. Wouldn't trade my removable roof...
B&M shift linkage upgrade.
I obviously use it more than anything else because I must use it every single time I shift.
That said, I LOVE it! Feels great. Makes the whole experience more fun. Makes a fun clunk too. Now I'm certainly not engaging in competitive off-road racing so a quick shifter...
Sorry it took out the spaces so these don't look like faces anymore just random punctuation. I think you can visualize it though. You are a pretty creative bunch
I like the idea of taking the worst assessory and turning it into the best
1. Get grumpy Jeep eyes (lights)
2. Swap the left and right
3. Your grumpy bronco is now bashful/shy

I can't answer that question in this thread. You just asked me a question about politics in the thread deliberately set up to not be about them. It would be inappropriate for me to tell you whether or not I agree with you here.
