I think one thing that people should first take away from this is not to go into the dealer, email or call them and get upset and tell them that you will not be taking delivery. At that point they can sell the vehicle even if you have something in writing because you have stated you no longer...

Great info. I will add though that from what I could tell not all do show a rail car number. We had screen shots of others that had the rail car #s in the secondary status fields and we had screen shots of ours and it never showed the rail car #. Also It appeared to only update its location...

Some insite from when we tracked ours. No the dealership may not have the rail car#. Mine did not show the rail car# the place that it should have showed it seconday status was just blank. I was only lucky to be able to track it because ashley did get a rail car #. the ford tracking system...
