I had the steel capable front bumper because I wanted the fog lights and I knew I was going to add a winch bumper at some point. The summit bumper fits perfectly with the skid plates that came on my 22
badlands sas. It has the same two skid plates as if you had a modular bumper.
I have one ordered and it will be installed Feb 21st ish. Also putting on a Warn Zeon 10K with synthetic rope. I'm biting the bullet and getting Main Line Overland to install it in Charlotte. They did a video on an install. I've heard that it's a two day job, so I'm just going to let them do...
Search this site for a used one. I bought one from a guy on here last week and got a good deal. Keep in mind, the two door racks and the 4 door racks are the same. I installed a 2 door rack on my 4 door no issues.
I drove the same Bronco 2.7L that I have at Austin Tx Bronco Off Roadeo this weekend and it ran the same way, rough on startup/cold and smoothed out after a minute. That one had 1200 miles on it. So I guess it's how they're setup/programmed, and it's not just mine.
Well said Indio22. This Bronco was built to be the ultimate off roader with good on road manners and great handling. If you don't off road, or don't plan to or want to, you shouldn't buy this Bronco. I just went to the Bronco Off Rodeo in Austin and was blown away by it's capabilities. Even...
Has anyone installed the Summit bumper, and if so does it make your front end sag? Does it change the front end handling? Did you have to get a front end alignment?
2022 Bronco with 2.7L. Anyone else have an issue with it running a little rough at startup when cold? It misses/skips a little bit but once it warms up it's fine. The miss is when it's idling close to 800rpm. When it slows down to 500 it seems better. No issues when warm.
First I removed the floor liner by removing the four tiedown loops. Second I cut a piece of three-quarter inch plywood to fit over the entire back. Third laid out were the brackets should go on the plywood and drilled and fasten them. Fourth I remove the brackets covered it in carpet and then...
Not sure on the deleted bronco 2 door seat. I think it'd be too tall unless you removed the mounting bracket, but then you'd have to fab something. The reason I used the Yukon seat is: 1. It's low profile, 2. It's foldable, 3. it's easily removeable, 4. It's got an integrated seatbelt. 5...
You can see another thread on this here https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/anyone-install-jump-seat-in-cargo-area.31999/page-3
But I got the seat from ebay out of an 07ish Yukon/Suburban. In this thread above you can see the anchor kit I used also on ebay. The base is 3/4 plywood wrapped...
