OK I just got the hardware kit to work. I only had one fuse in the fuse tap instead of both. Next is running the wires but it’s already dark so that will have to come on a different day.
Any help appreciated. My redtiger dash am won’t turn on using outlet inside center console or hardwire kit. It WILL turn on in the outlet in the rear cargo area and also in my wife’s car. I really need it hard wired to access parking monitoring. I might have inserted the hardwire kit wrong but I...
I’d like to see mud spray patterns with the flare delete. Keeping the direct mud spray mostly off my bronco might be the thing that keeps me from getting the delete, but I love the it looks without the flares. Gives it a more vintage original body style look.
Never mind. I’m an idiot. Actually I’m not. The factory speakers are so weak I didn’t even know they were there. I thought that was something that came with upgraded sound systems. But now I see them there. I can’t really hear them in the mix, hence the need to upgrade.
I notice that everybody who is installing these are replacing speaker pods they already had mounted, and they are re-using brackets from existing pods. I don’t have any pods mounted in my bronco already. Is there anything extra that I need to purchase to be able to install?
I ended up doing burrells ford and stopping at the bridges on the chattooga to fish. Made my way through Hale Ridge Rd and ended up by Sarah’s creek rd. Caught some rainbow and brown trout. Nothing crazy off roading except some ruts and washouts.
I am dropping my brother off to fish at the chattooga east of Clayton around 8am, then I’ll be off to hit some trails. My tentative plan is to do the first leg of the ga traverse starting at Burrells ford. Sarah’s creek is over that way too so I may try that as well.
I am flexible though...
I have had separate issues with my AC and my heat. Wondering if it’s just my truck or if these are common problems with Bronco/Ford.
With the AC, the fan is inconsistent. Sometimes while driving, I’ll have the fan on low and randomly it will start blasting air. Changing the fan level won’t...
@Glenjafett trespassing signs before the cemetery? Like after the last water crossing. Last time I went there were only trespassing signs after the cemetery. If so that’s disappointing.
Anyone have a link to a quality tie rod replacement? I have a big bend that is still basically stock. I upgraded to 33 inch tires, but that only added less than an inch in clearance. I’m not worried about breaking a tire rod, but it would be good to have a spare just in case.
We also rafted the oconee the next day so I got my adrenaline rush in. I’ll be back soon. I’m on summer break, so I’ll have a much better chance of being able to meet up for some group rides.
@DREWR13 @Macho I just got back from camping where I had no Wi-Fi so I’m only just now able to respond. Yes it looked like the far right had just enough room, but was still gonna be a squeeze. It was all washed out with only exposed rock left across the width of the trail. Worse than it looks on...
I went to Sarah’s creek road today. After the first water crossing the first obstacle was too washed out. Huge exposed rocks. I ended up having to back down the hill and take the water crossing backwards. neither me in my big bend on 33s or the 4Runner in front of us was even going to try it.
