A lesson I learned this weekend when putting the hardtop back on. Don't forget to tighten the top two bolts. Otherwise you'll be hearing a rattle going down the highway and have to take the front two and middle portions off again.

I swear that note about only fitting soft tops was not there when I ordered mine. It arrived today but I haven't been home to start the install. I guess that's what I get for being cheap. I might as well not even attempt to install it.

I hardly received any email from Ford so of course the assembly line photo never showed up. Carbonized Grey Black Diamond, 4dr, Hard Top, no other mods.

After spending a week in a railyard 15 miles away I was finally able to pick it up today. That was a frustratingly long wait but well worth it. 2nd day reservation and was not willing to switch to a soft top. On a side note.. I know this has been discussed on another thread but I wanted to ask...

Tracking can give you more heartburn than just sitting back and waiting patiently. Unfortunately waiting patiently is not always possible. Mine has now been in a rail yard 15 miles from my dealership for a week and it's killing me.

I'm going on day 6 of mine being within 15 miles of me and my dealership. It started out in a north Houston rail yard for a day, continued down the tracks passing within two miles my house, and now in Pearland which is on the south side of Houston. It sucks knowing it's so close.

Are you planning on installing something else? I should be getting my black diamond sometime this week and haven't made up my mind on keeping the rock rails or not.

Mine made it to the Union Pacific auto yard near Westfield on the 13th. So it's been 15 miles away from my dealership in Houston for 4 days now.

Yes. 4D with a delivery window or 1/20 - 1/26. The last email I received from Ford was in October telling me it was scheduled for production on 12/20. The tracker has been updating ever since and currently shows it's been shipped.

My BD is built and shipped but I still haven't received a picture. As far as I know it's still stuck in Blue Island. The only mods I have are MIC top, 2.7, and mid package.

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Build 12/26 with an estimated delivery of 1/26. I guess it takes a while to make it down to Houston.

This morning my build date was 12/20, and now it's 12/27. What's another week or two or three....when you've been waiting since 7/14/2020.

Stock until the tires wear out and then probably increase the size of the next set by an inch or so.

About Time. 7/14 AM reservation and this is the first email I've received from Ford.

I confirmed my order last week and haven't received anything from Ford either. The only change I made was upgrading to the 2.7 and that's what it shows on my order page now. It still shows my original March order date though.
