That is true.. I think with COVID there are hardly any cars. Enterprise didn't even have a car-They tried to get me one but they were out. They were also down 2 techs. When I went to get the bronco, the service area was flooded with repairs. I think I saw one tech out on the line.
I finally have the Bronco home 🥳
THANK YOU to all the info, help and support! This Forum is awesome!

I FINALLY HAVE SOME NEWS!
Yesterday an engineer from Minnesota called me (after seeing this post)and I explained what happened. He said 3-4 weeks is unacceptable and then called the dealership to make sure they had all the parts they needed. The manager at the dealership called today and said...
Update: Still nothing. They have not even looked at the Bronco. No diagnosis. No rental car. No help from Ford. I opened a case with Ford customer service, messaged them in the chat, and nothing. This is all very frustrating. I hope no one has to go through this experience.
Just talked to the manager -60 cars ahead of me for repairs. Trying to get me a rental car. I am calling Ford Customer service. They have not even looked at it yet.
I thought it did- I do have the extended warranty. However I had it towed this morning and had to work today so I didn't have a ride to get the loaner. I asked the dealership for one, but they have not responded.
Update: Ford dealership is now saying they are 3-4 weeks out on repairs! They are trying push it up on the list because it is so new and has so low miles, but will be at least a day to get to it. So now I have no ride at all. Awesome.
