Do yourself a favor and pay a wrap/ppf shop to cover the roll bars in matte black. There are so many rough welds, edges, holes, and hardware, paying a pro to do it will be the best route. It's what I'm doing too.
Maybe some day we'll get the prototype's covers. Until then, it's the better...
The Granger story and its customers have a special place in the saga of the Bronco 6G. it will be fun in 20 years to run into another original owner Granger 6G customer.
Do the Raptor or 4WP trans skid plates require any additional fasteners or do the mounting points reuse already installed fasteners?
I love OEM but that 4WP part is a good value.
Nice! Given the cosmic event tomorrow, it's gotta be a pic of your Bronco in the path of the umbra. Full coverage total eclipse of the sun only.
Bonus points if you get a pic of the moon/sun with your Bronco during totality.
I had my son play hooky tomorrow and we're in SO IL right now...
I have the Rigid 40" bar on my BL with roofrack and yes, the wind noise is loud.
I took a gamble on this diffuser and the wind noise is considerably reduced. Cruising at 70-75 now sounds like 40-45.

Here's what I paid.
No metallic paint especially a metallic base PLUS a pearlescent midcoat will ever match perfectly compared to a factory spray. Especially, one out of a rattle can. It works well for my purposes which is spraying parts and not panels.

TL;DR
Common on every Bronco. They are vented and it will go away after driving to get some air flow. Not ideal and it will create a haze on the inner lens eventually but nothing...
CO tidbit:
I bought aerosol and touch up for a few projects. Because this is a tricoat paint, you’ll get both a base coat and pearlescent mid coat (Clear is the third coat). Likely why it costs so much more than a single stage paint.
Nope. Chuck it into a faraday sleeve in the center console. Then lock the car using the pad. Do your thing. Unlock the car using the pad once you return. Remove fob from sleeve. Start and go.
The pad is smart in that the system ignores the key fob in the car once you use the pad to lock...
