Trip last August...
Going to the Sun Road in Glacier
Obligatory Badlands National Park sign...
And not a National Park but part of the Kootenai National Forest. Mt Marston fire look out.
Next trip is in May out to see the daughter in Seattle. So will be able to get Mt Rainier, North...
If you are not aware... the Big Meat Run is this weekend. There will be thousands of people from all over the US. One of the largest events. The SXS take over and are like gnats everywhere
Not an opinion on Amazon but just sharing a suggestion for a First Aid Kit. I bought a mini MyFAK fro MyMedic as a starter for my Bronco. What I like is that everything in the kit is color coded. Red = Blood, Blue = Hydration, Orange = Burn, Purple = Sprain & Fracture, etc. So in that time you...
I just got mine back on Friday from a full Xpel Stealth PPF wrap. My hinges have the PPF on them. If the installer uses a plotter to cut the film per the template, then they should get the pieces for the hinges. Picture below is from Xpel's website showing the plotter layout for the rear...
Picked up on Friday after full PPF with Xpel Stealth and Xpel Fusion Satin Ceramic Coating. The ceramic coating was a "bonus" at no charge over the quote for the PPF. Yeah I know the factor it in, but still nice to not have an add on charge for the ceramic coating.
Really happy with the...
Taking my 2022 Badlands Sasquatch in today to get full Xpel Stealth PPF including the roll bar for right around $7k in Oklahoma. Shop I'm going with includes Xpel Fusion Ceramic coating as part of the install (or you could get Xpel ceramic window tint). They are the largest Xpel installer in...
Mt Marston Fire Lookout Road in far north Montana... about 30 miles from Canadian border.
And since someone already shared a Badlands National Park sign... how about Big Foot Road in Badlands National Park.
This was definitely caused by the latest update to 4.2.3. I started getting the buzz/interference with music playing and then having the camera (front or rear) come up on the screen.
Hopefully enough people note it to cause an update to fix it soon. It does not stop usage but is an annoyance...
@EIGHTLUG any thoughts on the next batch getting shipped? Order #7478 for a Badlands black placard/black script. Seem to have not been a part of the last Badlands batch.
Funny story. Was in Glacier National Park for a week. Went up to North Fork where all roads are gravel/dirt. 2 different fire lookouts. So had a lot of dirt, dust, rocks, mud. Stop in REI in Bozeman and guy in a Sprinter Van calls me over. Wanted to compliment me on having dirt on the Bronco...
Took Bruce on a 5000+ mile tour from Oklahoma to Glacier National Park and then through the South Dakota Black Hills and the Badlands.
Driving the Going to the Sun Road through Glacier.
First of 3 Fire Lookouts on the trip. First up Mt Marston Fire Lookout. Smoke was blowing in from Canada...
I had a squeak coming from the rear hard top. Read a few threads here and bought some Krytox Pure Grease. A little bead of that wonderful stuff on the rear window seal between the tailgate and no more squeak. $25 for a 1/2 ounce tube but worth every penny.
Krytox by Chemours GPL 205 Grease...
I ordered 5/27, Badlands with Black script and placard. Order #7478 and I got the email on 7/29 that magnums are shipping soon and everything else "...Brown Santa will be visiting you as soon as your order is ready...'
The dark black is the lining from the factory on the clamshell on the back. Was trying to show that the TopLift Pro works with no adjustment to the back of the JTOP. When you expand the photo, you can see the rest of the shade and the lighter black/grey over the back seats and towards the front...
No problem using on the website. Anything to help get the word out. Great product. Going to be pushing 90 this weekend in Oklahoma so thinking I got it installed just in time.
