    Going way off topic here (or maybe bringing it back to where OP might have intended 🤔) There's a dealer here in Ventura county CA with 10+ Broncos on the lot. Asked the kid how much they were marking them up. "$30k for SAS, $20k for non. But they're willing to work with you" 🤣

    Same issues you guys are having. Passenger side latch easy, driver side not so much. For me it's just a matter of letting it close hard - let it drop from about 10 inches and it's a reasonable push to lock it down. Alternative is to push down on it from the top as others have said.     Great idea Good design But #fail for me How in the hell did you get that C-clip to snap on the cross bar?? Mine took a ton of force and finally snapped off. Never got it to attach to the bar. Now it's a flashlight in the passenger door pocket 😔
