I have these on my Rigid lights and they sit a lot tighter to the bracket/top of the bumper. Not sure what pods you have but they look similar to the D series cubes.

Edit: I just looked up Black Oak pods and they...
This is how I have mine set and the fogs are always on with DRLs and cannot be turned off by the switch. I am going to change to fogs only as I don't want my fogs on 24/7.
This happens to me all the time. Turning up above 15 or so seems to get it to turn on, but nothing is consistent. I'm already planning to replace all the speakers and sub so I'm not bothering with the dealership.
Yes, I have driven 3 hour drives ranging from stop and go traffic to sustained 80mph cruise control speeds and drivability is similar to stock with no annoying sounds. I do want to get a drive-by video to see what it sounds like to a bystander, I will try to get one over the weekend.

I haven't noticed any changes in mileage or cruising RPM, but I never really tracked either of them to begin with. That seems like a pretty big change for just swapping an axel back for a cat back.
Awesome, I'll be trying this on my next tank. I have an E30 tune on my Fiesta and that thing turned into a new car jumping from 93 to E30, cant wait to see what the Bronco does. I'm sure an actual tune for E30 will wake it up even more.
Update- After a couple thousand miles, the rasp has gone away and is now louder volume at higher RPM. I just started a thread on the full turbo back system https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/cv-fab-2-7-turbo-back-review.85753/
Hey all, I purchased the CVF turbo-back system a few months back and now have over 2k miles on it and feel comfortable providing my review. I have a 2023 base sasquatch 4dr 2.7 and I was completely stock before doing this install.
First, the boxes (one with headers, the other with the cat-back...
Yes, I have the full CVS turbo-back system. No real gains that I can feel, but I'm patiently waiting for Cobb or someone to crack the ECU so I can run e30 and have a blast.
@Gluestick I have the CVF cat-back and still have the rasp from roughly 3-4.5k RPM range. And you are correct about the tips hanging below the hitch/tow loops:
I had to drop the cross member to get my stock down pipes out. It wasn't terrible but also not fun to get them out.
I have the same thoughts as @Gluestick after the install. I have about 400 miles and the rasp is still there around 3k-4k RPM but I will share videos and my thoughts once I...
Go on your phone and disable text notifications to the Bronco. That should eliminate the chime so you will only have a notification symbol in the bottom right of the AA screen when a text comes through.
