I run the 35x10.5 Kendas. Great tire. Bought them to make sure there was no rubbing. The Sas wheels are .5" wider than mine, definitely recommend sticking with a 12.5 on the Sas wheel. These don't offer a lot of wheel protection on my setup, got 3 of the 4 wheels on rocks already.
The Apex winch will include most everything you should need to relocate . I made my own bracket out of scrap steel I had laying around. My winch came with 3 ft cables to go from the winch to the control box, which were too short for where I needed to go. I was able to find 6 ft 2awg cables...
Homemade bracket, cut and welded out of some scrap I had laying around. I copied the basic design of an ARB compressor mount, made a support to the firewall, upper coilovers bolt and to the passenger fender. It's not the prettiest but it works. I didn't take any pictures of the bracket by...
Very nice setup! Just finished mine up over the weekend, I relocated my control box to the passenger side since I don't plan on running a compressor. I ordered a JCR camera bracket as well, hoping to see that soon.
Got mine yesterday, installed today along with the soft top assist. Didn't notice until I was done with one side but I was sent a set of V1's and V2's, ordered 2 V1's. Boxes are marked V1 on both.. no biggie, wife likes the V2's better. 😂
Sounds like a possible balancing issue. I would ask them to recheck them. I'm running the same tires on my Badlands and don't have any issues. Had them on for about 6000 miles. I know mine took a good amount of weights to balance.
Got my oil changed today at 7000 miles, emptied the catch can when I got home. In the short time I've had it installed, it's definitely put in some work. Highly recommend for any 2.3L.
Probably around an hour and a half. Struggled the longest with the stock PCV pipe. The catch can installed nice and easy. The Mishimoto hoses installed smoothly as well. They did a great job on their kit, very high quality for the money.
You need to take the driver's wheel off and work from the inner fender area. The block connection is above the starter, towards the front of the engine. The intake connection is above the starter as well. Look for the blue clips. I took the inner fender out to make it easier. Also got...
Just got my kit today. Probably be the weekend before I get it installed but very impressed by packaging and quality! Nice little personal touch with the card as well Nick!
I looked around and didn't find an answer. Does anyone know if the spotlights in the mirrors can be enabled at any speed? They turn off above 5mph stock. I was in FORscan earlier and all I saw was enable/disable. Has anyone tried yet or would I be the guinea pig?
